With my work at Syngenta, I develop chemical processes for the manufacture of active ingredients for our innovative solutions. What fascinates me most about my job is to witness in which way we are using science to transform ideas into valuable Products. Products that are used globally are a reflection of the success of our hard work.
In my apprenticeship as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist working in shifts, no two days are the same. I go through all phases of production and always see the big picture. The constant new challenges keep my work exciting and anything but monotonous.
